This is my original recipe as adjusted from recipes I found on the internet and based on spices I like and use. Mine is sweet and not hot, but you could adjust it to your taste.

Ingredients
2 T grass-fed/grass-finished butter or organic beef tallow or avocado oil
1 small organic yellow onion, diced
3 ripe fresh peaches, peeled and diced (1 1/2 cups frozen peaches if it's off-season)
2 T brown sugar
2 T organic maple syrup
8 oz organic tomato sauce
1 tsp organic yellow mustard
1 tsp organic garlic powder
1/8 tsp organic cumin
1/8 tsp organic chili powder
1/2 tsp organic pepper
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
pinch organic cinnamon

Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and saute onions and peaches until onions are translucent and peaches are smooshy.
Add all the other ingredients, stir, reduce heat to low. Cook until sugar has dissolved.
After mixture has completely cooled, I put it in my Ninja and blended it. You can use a regular blender or an immersion blender.

I put mine in a jar and labeled it. It'll keep two weeks in the fridge.

Enjoy!
